Kim grew up in Knoxville, Tn. She is a graduate of the Universtity of Tennessee with a BS degree in Business Administration. She met Dr. Bell while attending UTK and they married in 1987. They moved to Waynesboro in 1988 to setup and run Tri-County Animal Clinic. She is the “jack of all trades” member of the TCAC team.
